Glazed Peach Coffeecake

A Pampered Chef recipe that we have modified. Yummy.


2 c Bisquick
1/2 c milk
1/4 c Sugar
2 egg
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp Almond Extract

Preheat oven to 375*. Combine all ingredients until dry ingredients no longer visible. Pour into 8x8 pan (pampered chef stone deep dish baker).

1 Peaches, canned
3 Tbsp Apricot Preserves

Arrange peaches over top of batter. Bake 20 minutes or until done. Warm preserves for 25 sec in microwave. Brush on top of cake when done. Let cool 10 minutes.
